You can’t beat a brush from Real Techniques. I love their brushes because they are the perfect mixture of style and substance. They look great but they also do the job perfectly. Their Expert Face Brush is the best foundation brush I have ever used and I’m really loving the multi-task brush from the Sam’s picks collection.

I knew I had to buy this as I always carry a powder brush around with me but I am conscious that it’s probably not too hygienic knocking around my makeup bag. This retractable Kabuki brush is the perfect solution. It’s a lovely wide slanted brush that I can use to apply powder and blusher. You can also use the slanted tip to contour with bronzer so it’s a bit of an all rounder! Sam and Nic (The Masterminds behind Real Techniques) also say you can use this for foundation although I haven’t tried that yet.

If you already own Real Techniques brushes you’ll know how soft they are and they’re all synthetic brushes so they are cruelty free as well. The bristles are also really dense and there has been no shedding since I’ve been using it. This is just designed so beautifully, When you push up the metal piece to retract the brush it has the Real Techniques logo on it, it’s just a really nice touch.

I really recommend this brush if you need a great all rounder face brush and want to keep things as hygienic as possible. It’s also just so stylish I couldn’t be without it! This brush costs €14.50 which I think is great value for something I know I will get daily use out of. What do you think? Do you have a favourite Real Techniques brush?
