I don’t normally do empties post as I feel like I’m just showing you my rubbish! But this month I seem to have run out of everything I own at the exact same time, so I thought I would share. I’m really hoping to get some Boots coupons soon so I can do a proper stock up and max out my advantage card points, I’m already doing my beauty maths, ha ha! Here is a selection of the stuff I’ve run out of…
So I’ve run out of my Avene Hydrance and Rosalic UV which would be both go to daily moisturisers for me. They both have SPFs and suit my sensitive and dry skin. I think when I’m on my big shopping trip I’ll buy the Avene moisturiser again. It’s a bit more hydrating for the cold weather. I’ve also run out of the Vichy Idealia Pro, I bought this to tackle my skin pigmentation. It’s a mosturising brightening cream but I don’t think I’ve been using it religiously enough to see major benefits. I need to have more persistence with my skincare!
I can’t believe that I’ve finally run out of the Dermalogica Soothing Protection Spray, I feel like I’ve had this for years. It’s great if your skin is feeling a bit tight, it’s nice and hydrating. The Sun Rose Garden toner has a similar effect, it’s a hydrating toning spray that’s handmade in Ireland. I’m kind of torn over which one I would buy again.
Makeup wise I’m on a foundation drought as well. I’ve just run out of my Revlon Colorstay and my Estee Lauder Doublewear Light. I think Revlon Colorstay might be my favourite foundation I’ve ever tried and I cant believe it’s a budget brand. It just manages to last all day without drying out my skin, I can’t be without it now. I used the last of my Estee Lauder when my Revlon ran out and while it’s good I think Colorstay will still win out for me!
I’ve also run out of my lovely Bia Beauty Detox Body Scrub, it’s such a great solution to get baby smooth skin! And it’s another Irish grown product. I’ll definitely be investing in this again. Last but not least I’m scraping the bottom of my Soap and Glory Smoothie Star Body Milk. This moisturiser really surprised me, I expected it to be ok but it’s really good. It has a fruity creamy smell, very smoothie like indeed but it also manages to be really moisturising at the same time. I also love moisturisers with a pump because they’re so handy to use, I will be picking this up again especially if there’s a 3 for 2 offer on!
Well how do you like all my rubbish?! ha ha. Is there anything here you love?
