We’re approaching a new beauty season so all us beauty addicts have our eyes peeled for exciting launches around the corner. I’m trying to be good with my spending but that doesn’t stop me from developing a mental list of things I’d like to buy! Here are just some of the items I have on my current wishlist…

YSL Volupte in OilYSL Volupté Tint in Oil – I love love my YSL Volupte lipstick, it’s just so fancy and a thing of beauty. My eyebrow raised when I saw Makeup Monsters review of this new Volupte tint in oil. Oil is the new kid on the lip block! Clarins lip oil caused a bit of a frenzy and now it’s hard to get a hold of. The YSL version is like an oil tint for lips. I really like what I’m hearing about it so I need it of course, it’s a little spendy at €27 but I’ll have to treat myself.

Cushion FoundationCushion Foundation – The cushion foundation is not a new innovation it’s something that has been in Korean makeup ranges for a while now. It’s going to be the new BB cream, I can feel it in my bones. Lancôme have a new one coming out but I really want to try some of the Korean ones as they tend to be cheaper and work well for my pale skin. They sound like the perfect light foundation with SPF protection for summer.

MAC Cinderella CollectionMAC Cinderella Collection – If you know me you’ll know I’m a big Disney fan and this year a live action version of the classic fairytale is being released. The collection focuses on neutral tones with lots of luminous finishes and it all comes in beautiful blue packaging, the same colour as Cinderella’s dress. Need it. I’m raging I didn’t pick up a blush from the aquatic collection, it’s not going to happen this time! Rumour has it this won’t be available in Ireland but I have spies going to the US soon.

Sunday Riley LunaSunday Riley Luna – I really want to try something by Sunday Riley. I’ve been trying to up my skincare game lately and the Sunday Riley products just sound amazing. Luna is the latest launch that has just landed in the states. Luna is a ‘sleeping night oil’ with a retinol base that helps to reduce fine lines and damage to the skin while soothing and calming. Sounds right up my street. These products aren’t cheap with Luna costing $105 but you only get one face!

Wow now that I look at this wish list it’s pretty pricey! I might just have to get one thing off of it but I’ll keep you posted if I do. Are there any new beauty launches that have caught your eye?

I checked out the cushion foundation today, I’m not sure how long it’d last and it’s pricey. Might try one of the Korean ones first!
