I’m just back from Tenerife where the family were celebrating my amazing Nans 90th birthday. She’s a real inspiration that having a positive attitude towards life is the key to enjoying it! I’ve been to Tenerife a few times and one thing I really like is the cosmetics bargains! Skincare and perfume tends to be a lot cheaper than at home and there are so many outlets they’re all competing on price. You can also scope out some nice makeup and I came across massive Flormar and Kiko stores. I couldn’t resist picking up a few bits so I thought I’d show you what I bought!

Everyone knows that Urban Decay produce some of the best eyeshadows a girl can get her hands on. I think I have at least five palettes and a few singles knocking around my stash. But if you pushed me to pick my second favourite product it would have to be their 24/7 eyeliners. I have quite a stash of these as you can see (bronzey brown Smog is my favourite!) so I was very excited when Urban Decay kindly sent me their new 24/7 waterline eyeliner for review, I did a lot of oohing and ahhing when I opened the package.

Ah I love me a bit of Urban Decay! Ever since the Naked palette exploded, I’ve been trying more and more of their products. I bought this Smoked Eyeliner set on sale in Debenhams for about €30. I think I bought this in April, so I’m not sure it’s still available but all of the shades are available separately so it’s worth a look!

The eyeliners are called 24/7 Glide on Eyepencils. They do last well but I’m not sure that you’d get the full 24 hours out of them. They’ll definitely last a night out on the town. I’m nervous about eyeliner as I wear contact lenses so sometimes my eyes can be watery. But these eyeliners last really well with minimal smudging. They do take some effort to remove. You’ll need a good eye makeup remover to get these off.
