M&S Beauty Hall and Great Free Gift

Marks and Sepncer Gift

I feel the need to write about the fabulousness that is the Marks and Spencer beauty hall. If you’re lucky to have a large M&S close to you it might have a shiny looking beauty section. I’ve only seen them in the Liffey Valley, Grafton St and Henry St stores but I’m sure there are many others. They were revamped probably a few years ago now but I think they’re probably not really well known outside of the beauty junkie circles as a source for great brands.

Flormar – Landing soon in Ireland!

Flormar Launch

Last week I was lucky to be invited to the launch for new makeup brand on the block Flormar in Residence on Stephens Green (Fancy Pants!). The brand itself is not new and had previously had a small presence in Ireland but now it is back with a big bang. All of the products are designed to be hypoallergenic and free from 100 known skin irritants. Not only are the products skin friendly, they are also very pretty, let’s take a look at some of the range…

Brand Focus: Catrice

Catrice1Today’s topic for September Beauty Blog Challenge is to highlight a brand you like or find interesting. I’m going to ramble about Catrice as I am a devoted fan since I discovered them about a year ago. Catrice is a budget make up brand that is currently stocked in Ireland in some Dunnes Stores, Penneys and some independent chemists. The parent company of Catrice also own Essence and you often see the two counters side by side. For some reason the brand is not stocked in the UK, they have just gotten word that Essence is on the way, so Catrice can’t be too far behind!
